ARC "couldn't update your Roon server" error persists after reinstalling ROCK (ref#7VRJK9)

ARC has an error “couldn’t update your Roon server’ I clicked on more info link and as per the help article, reinstalled Rock operating system from the web interface. I’m on version 2.1 (build 271) but still Arc is not connecting.

Roon is running via intel Nuc connecting via 1gb Vodafone fibre internet.

Yes, the problem resolved after I disconnected NUC from mains and then powered back. I then received a prompt on Roon remote that a new update is available and then installed. All good now.
