ARC crashes on song playback (ref#R108N7)

Arc crashes as soon as I try to play a song

Roon Server is on high end PC with Wi-fi 6 (802.11ax). D-Link DWA-X1850 Adapter. Good signal to Access Point. The AP is the vendor's that supplies my Fiber connection.

To add to this:

  • was working without issue
  • installed via playstore
  • I’ve cleared cache, then tried clear data, then a remove and reinstall

Can you please also let us know at what time did you open the app last time so it crashed and the time when did it crash ?

Also, can you please specify your phone model ?

We still require more information in order for our team to take action on this report. At your convenience, please provide the information requested in the post above. Specifically, we’re asking for:

  1. make/model of the phone

  2. an approximate timestamp of the last crash

  3. whether or not the APK sideload has the same issue (available here)

If you’re able to take a short video demonstrating the crash from another device, please upload it at the link provided two posts above. This will help expedite our investigation.

Specifically, we’ll need the make/model of the phone and an approximate timestamp of the last crash (or the name of the track that was playing in the app).

Please also try sideloading the APK if you haven’t already. You can find a download link in my post above. If you do install the APK, you will need to reinstall the app with each new release, since APK sideloads are not tied to automatic Play Store updates.
