ARC Downloads should stick to the device (until removed) when switching cores

Context: Downloads are slow and it’s tedious to download albums.

Problem: Once something is downloaded if you switch to a different core it wipes all your downloads.

Suggestion: Store the download on the device in a such a way it is aware of which core the data belongs to. When the use connects to a different core. Switch download context but don’t wipe the data so that when one comes back to the core with downloaded data, there is no need to download the content again.
In the device’s setting for roon (or arc), the user can see and manage (i.e. wipe) the different download “context”.

If you are talking about ARC, this probably should be mentioned in the title of the thread. You may also want to vote for your suggestion (if you have votes left  )
