ARC fails to reach server, error code 526, LTE connection works (ref#J7C3HR)

· Hi, testing if ARC can reach my server the response is negative and this is the message:

Trying to connect from outside, via an lte connection ARC regular connect the server and works …

· Fritz 5690 Pro, a couple of media converter to galvanic isolate Nucleus+ from the router, a mesh network with a Fritz repeater 6000 in the same floor and a Fritz repeater 3000 in another floor

This looks like it is a Roon Cloud issue of which they are aware, I can only ask for your patience please until it is resolved.

Just to double-check: is ARC actually working for you (e.g., can you play music successfully over a cellular connection), or are you currently unable to use the app remotely at all?

If it is playing fine, you can safely ignore the “Not Ready” / Error 526 message for now; it is a known display glitch we are working on fixing.

Hi, yes, as I said in the ticket I can regularly access from outside despite the error message.
