Android Auto is installed iny car and supports Roon ARC, but the ARC icon doesn’t appear on my car’s main dislpay. How can i make it appear there?
Is it enabled in the settings of Android Auto on your phone? If it is not in the list there you might have to force stop Arc and start it again and see if it then appears in the list in Android Auto.

Thanks for your response, Connor. I’ve checked Settings in the car (both the car’s main Settings and Settings in the Roon ARC app installed in my car) and on my phone but do not see how displaying the Roon ARC icon on my car’s home screen can be enabled. The Android Auto icon does display on the car’s Home screen.

thanks. I tried that, and still can’t get the Roon ARC icon on my main car screen. The Android Auto icon is there, though.
I can’t get the Roon ARC app to display in a place where I can move it over onto the main screen. It appears in Settings with other apps, but a couple of stages back in and not transferable. Maybe I’ll just need to go into apps when I want to use it, so maybe there’s not much sense in pursuing this further. Thanks for your help.

Yes, you’re right, I do get that button on my car’s main screen. I see I have to go through the sequence you cite. I was hoping to just get the Roon ARC icon on the screen, but this is certainly easy enough. Thanks for the help. Jim Heckman, Pennsylvania
