I’m having the same exact error. I have not moved and didn’t change anything on my network. ARC was working fine for months, now it isn’t with the same error message. Please let me know what you find out.

Hi @Joe_Santana,

According to the error message, UPnP is disabled on the router. Can you enable it and then see what the error message is?
I found this site on how to enable UPnP (hope it’s the correct router).

Kind regards,

Maarten.

Hey @Joe_Santana,

Ben here with the support team, I wanted to check in to see if you were able to get Arc setup on you new network setup? @Maarten_Duits was steering you in the right direction with enabling UPnP as a good first step.

I’ll be on standby for a status update. :+1:
