ARC Not ready - Unable to access Roon Server (ref#SDGMGJ)

Bring to set up Arc for use when away from home. On my Mac looking at the settings in Arc not ready.

I. don’t understand networking , looking. for help to configure whatever is required settings on my MAC, router , Arc software.

Hi @Brian_Mckechnie,

The diagnostics you’ve provided suggest that your router is not configured for automatic port forward setup.

You’ll need to enter your router settings page and manually create a port forwarding rule that matches the Port Number and IP Address in Roon Settings → ARC. This rule should be TCP protocol. Something like this:
