What is the exact port forwarding error message you see in the Roon Settings → ARC tab?

With all do right the ARC never work ! Its a pity even though its not tragedy.
Really its all configure right i have a cyber internet of 1GB and even in my home
network it never work. The error is always “poor connection”
While trying to play i check with Okala spped test 500GB WIFI and yet its “poor connection”.
I cant even play the downloaded playlist from Roon…
As i said its very disappointing for me but to be honest Roon for me is only playable on my
very pricey Stereo System…
As for listening out of my house or country,i always use Tidal or J.River which is play with no
problem what so ever.
The only issue is that Roon being the best tool for demanding ears such as mine,cost a lot and
should be work this out…

I can feel the same frustration from your post as mine…
Still i believe that if Roon came out with this option,they should make it work at least
as other software out there…You fight to see the ARC configure well on the Roon
platform and then its not working due to “poor connection”.
