ARC only displays one playlist

Description of Issue

I’ve Roon setup and working beautifully. The only problem that I have experienced is that ARC only displays one playlist. Is there a solution?

When I’m away from home I would like to make use of my playlists.

You have my sincerest apologies for the delayed response here, we’ve been dealing with a higher-than-usual volume following our release and we’re working as quickly as we can to get back to everyone.

Please make sure you have the latest version of Arc updated on your device. The first thing to try is to head into your Arc settings and select ‘Reset Roon Arc’. From there, if your issue persists, I would suggest removing Arc on your phone, powering down the device, rebooting and reinstalling Arc.

From there, if your playlists are still not available, head into your Roon core settings > Roon Arc and click the refresh button.

I deleted ARC from my phone, rebooted my phone, and reinstalled it. That did the trick.
