when i play music from my arc it only play from my library and not from qobuz or tidal and the start radio doesnt work.

Thanks for reaching out with you report. Just to confirm here, TIDAL/Qobuz works as expected from your regular Roon Server (outside of ARC)?

Do you get a specific error message when this issue occurs? Can you share the exact local time + date + track when the issue next occurs?

If you try to delete the ARC app and reinstall, does that help with the issue?
