ARC poor connection message

I am using a Small Green Computer i5 CDR as my core server.
In the past ARC has worked when my phone is in the same network as the Core but never when away from home because slow AT&T service.
I just replaced the modem and increase the speed 50% to the AT&T 25.
Going in to Roon settings/ARC the connection is fine using port 55002 BUT when I go into the Roon/ARC app in my phone it tells me Poor Connection even connected within the same network at home.

Any thought or direction on how to fix this?

Have you tried resettting the ARC app under Settings from within the ARC app on your phone?

I did and it worked but still have Poor Connexion message when not in the network. My download speed is 24 Mbps and the upload is 1.9 Mbps.
