Arc Poor Connection Since Last Update

Hi,

I’ve had Arc since it launched and it’s always worked beautifully. Never had an issue with it.

In the last week suddenly it won’t connect and I keep getting a poor connection message.

There’s been no change in any of my gear, network or software except for the last update.

Anybody else having a similar issue?

It’s ok, I uninstalled and reinstalled it and all seems well with the world again.

It happened to me 3 times after updates. I think restarting the iPhone helped. I don’t remember exactly due to so many little software issues with all this gear…

This also happened to me. I made sure that all the apps and software were updated and then restarted my Core machine and the router and the phone. No issues since then and it’s been almost a week.

like other I have problem with a poor connection with my Iphone since a n update, It was good, whtas wrong?

re ARC not connecting. yes. been about 10 days. i will delete ARC and reinstall. this should not happen, but it does. thanks for the help. fingers crossed.

I am also running into same issue. Please fix :pray:

I had the same issue. Go to settings, scroll down to the bottom and Reset Roon ARC fixed mine.

Works for a bit then dies here again. More or less cuts out after 90s or so if i’m outside my home network now. Useless
