· ARC does not show downloads. Albums that I did download and saw the circle complete for, show the download check mark in ARC, but when I click on Downloads it reports "You haven't downloaded anything yet". I need to use ARC offline as I often work in areas with sketchy or non-existent mobile coverage.

Thanks for the clear report. ARC showing the download checkmark but then saying You haven’t downloaded anything yet is not behaving the way it should, especially when you need offline access.
Are you using the latest ARC version? If so, please share some screenshots of the issue, including what ARC shows on your Pixel 10, that will help us take a closer look. You can use our Screenshots guide if needed.
Because I needed it early in the morning, I deleted the Arc that was on my Pixel and reinstalled it. Downloaded enough to get me through tomorrow and it all appeared in the app. So good to go for now. I do not believe the version I reinstalled was a newer version as I try to keep up to date. Thank you for responding so promptly.
Again the basics: roon server is on a Windows 11 machine and is version 2.71 build 1683.
Arc is on a Pixel 10 and is version 180.421 build 100421
As far as I can tell these are both the latest versions (I am not on early access)
I downloaded a fair number of albums (more than 100) and initially everythig was fine, but then something - but not everything - went wrong several days later.
Now when I choose Downloads from the My library menu, just three of the downloaded albums appear (I think they are the last 3 downloaded).
But when I choose Albums from the My library menu AND click on the download icon next to the Focus -Favourite-Tag icons all the doiwnloaded albums appear and are playable.
If I ask Arc to play in shufflle mode when in Albums, it shuffles/plays from all the doiwnloads; if I ask Arc to play in shuffle mode from Downloads, it only shuffles/plays from the 3 albums that appear in Downloads.
A little confusing is that even though I have Offline mode enabled, if I do not click on that download icon in Albums all the albums in my roon library - including all those not downloaded - are listed under Albums. Of course, those not downloaded do not play. Where/when did Arc get that information?
So have I misunderstood what should appear when I select Downloads from My Library? Or is something funny going on with Arc on my Pixel. I guess the good news is that I can play what I have downloaded from the Albums menu. (I also have to say that I just discovered the download icon in Albums - it’s also in Tracks but none of the other My LIbrary menu choices.)
I can not remember how I downloaded the files previously (I probably did them two ways randomly). So I downloaded two new albums.
From the My Library - Albums tab, I scrolled to album I wanted to download, clicked the three dots on the right of the album and selected Download.
Again, from the My Library - Albums tab, I found the album I wanted, but this time I clicked on the album (well, pressed as it is a phone) and pressed the download icon at the top of the screen.
Both albums downloaded successfully (checked by going offline and playing each)
Neither appears in My Library - Downloads, but both are in My Library - Albums with the Download focus.
A couple of added notes:
In the My Library - Downloads tab I notice the following
The tag icon is highlighted. When I press it, Arc shows Focus on Tags and lists Vocal Jazz. This is a tag I use, but only one of the three albums that display in Downloads has that tag. If I press Reset in Focus on Tags, nothing happens.
I cannot highlight the Favourites icon (none of the three albums in Downloads are favourites).
Just to note that this problem hasn’t affected my ability to play what I have downloaded because I can do so through Albums.
I have a older Pixel 6a which I use in my workshop to run roon through an even older boombox (no point in quality equipment in a often noisy environment). I seldom use Arc on it as it never leaves the workshop which is on the same wi-fi network as the roon server. There was a slightly older version of Arc on it: Version 1.77 (404). I downloaded some of same files as I had on the Pixel 10 and all of them appear under the My Library - Downloads tab (unlike on the Pixel 10). But at one point the downloads on the Pixel 10 did appear there and then disappeared. I will hold off upgrading Arc on the 6a in order to see if things remain stable as is.
Added: The Android version on the 6a is 16 and the version the 10 is 17.

I might have found a reason for the problem. I wanted a new set of albums in the download, so I deleted all the downloads and started downloading a different set. Now all the downloads appear in My Library - Downloads. Is it possible that one of the previous downloads was defective in some way that cased others to not appear in Downloads? I do not remember all the previous downloads and I did not download everything that was on the PIxel10 to the Pixel 6a.
From My LIbrary - Albums I selected the album and pressed the download symbol in the uppeer right
From My Library - Albums I pressed the three dots to the right of the album and selected Download from the menu
From My Library - Downloads I pressed Find music to download and then pressed the download symbol next to the album I wanted to download (I used search and focus to find the album I wanted). MOst of albums were downloaded this way.
It did not matter which method I used this time as all the albums downloaded successfully and appeared in My Library - Downlo0ads.
I seldom download playlists as the albums are not indiividually available and I often want to play a whole album. I did download a playlist to test the system and it downloaded with no problems and is available in My Library - Downloads and Playlists. My usual practice is that if I want a playlist in Arc I create it there (and, of course, it then shows up in the desktop roon - very handy).
We’ve received reports of this condition previously (see here), where downloads similarly reappeared intermittently after inexplicably disappearing.
Just for due diligence, you’re now seeing as downloaded all the content that is supposed to have downloaded in ARC? If there is an album missing, let us know the album name and we’ll pin it down in logs.

As far as I can tell, everything I downloaded is there. I have downloaded a bit very day for the last few days and it all seems to be working as expected. The only issues is that several tracks I thought I had banned still played in shuffle - when I checked them they were indeed banned (but still played).
I am sorry to report that things have gone bad again as My library - Downloads shows just a single album although over 250 have been downloaded (3872 tracks)..
Fortunately, all the other displays seem to be doing what they should.
Tracks have been downloaded in four ways:
1. From My library - Albums using the download icon.
2. From My library - Albums using the 3 dots menu and download
3. From My library - Downloads - Find music to download using the download icon
4. From My library - Downloads - Find music to download using the three dots and download
I do not remember how the one album that appears in Downloads was downloaded but however it was done it was not the only one down that way.. It was not a recent download but wasn’t the first download, either.
I have deleted and reinstalled ARC twice. Each time the Downloads works properly and then after some time it doesn’t as in this case. I am reluctant to do the delete and reinstall again for two reasons:
