Same experience here, I’ve already given up on ARC.
Unfortunately, I’m now running into similar issues with the Roon app, both from macOS and iOS when connecting to my local Nucleus. At this point, reliability has become a real concern.
In contrast, using Qobuz natively with Qobuz Connect to my Lyngdorf TDAI-3400 works flawlessly. The same goes for the iOS app when I’m on the go, it’s stable and responsive.
To be completely honest, dealing with these ongoing issues is making me seriously consider canceling my Roon subscription. I’m increasingly appreciating the native apps from Qobuz and TIDAL, they’re faster, more reliable, and just work without interruptions.
I suggest that you open a support request for this. It’s a different issue to this Qobuz communication issue in ARC.

Interesting - I wonder if it’s a CDN routing issue again if it only affects some of us. BTW, I tried ARC on a second phone, and this shows the same error. I even uninstalled/reinstalled ARC to see if that would have any effect - nope - error still present…
Am I the only one experiencing connection problems between Roon ARC and Qobuz? Tidal works fine, Qobuz refuses to work but still registers the albums as ‘Played’ in the Recent Activity panel on the home screen.
Qobuz app plays fine, Qobuz in Roon works fine, just not in ARC.
No, same here (while on the go, in the car, on the bike…). I gave up and use the Qobuz native app. Works like a charm in all those use-cases!
Same for me. Running a nucleus titan at home with no issues, but Arc is having serious issues. Constant “Problem communicating with Qobuz” messages. Will be travelling next weekend and being a heavy in-car user of Arc I really hope this Will be resolved soon. I read on another community thread this issue is something between Roon infrastructure and Qobuz. Nothing you can do to solve this in your local set-up.
I have the same issue, every single track has been giving me “Problem communicating with Qobuz” for about a week now when playing Qobuz streams through Roon ARC. I think I will create a support ticket.

It’s basically a Qobuz issue, not limited to ARC at all (but limited to third-party players like Roon).
It should be fixed since a day or so now: Roon and Qobuz sucks lately, gotta drop roon or qobuz - #12 by Suedkiez
I am in the same way ! Just ARC is enable stream with QOBUZ. Roon is ok.
The same here: Mac mini 2018 as a server, iPhone 17 with latest iOS as well as iPad with latest iOS, already for a week no communication with Qobuz possible when on Roon ARC. Very annoying
Possible, I guess. FWIW I never experienced the Qobuz CDN issue while it was ongoing. (Germany)
When I use ARC connected via Tailscale VPN on 5G network (Deutsche Telekom) to my Roon Server I got the message “Problem with Communication to Qobuz”. Tailscale is connected to my MacMini hosting the Roon Server. If I use the WiFi guest network, not the one where the MacMini is connected to, it’s working.
Does anybody see the same error?
