Hello Roon,
unfortunately I have these ARC-problems since a couple of days. Used it for years flawlessly.
But now I get these Qobuz problems, over wifi and over cellular.
I’m running my roon-system on an innuos zenith mk3 an roon itself works pretty good. I even didn’t change anything in this configuration.
Have you please any help. Arc is such an essential piece of software for me (in the car an on the go on my iphone 16 pro)

@Peter_Scherer Yours is probably a different issue from the one in this somewhat old and specific topic. The error message you see is a known issue currently affecting several users and is under investigation here in the central thread that’s pinned at the top of the Support category:
Also have the same problem. Only Qobuz not working via ARC, at home it works fine.

Same issue for me with arc and Qobuz. Luckily I’ve found the thread as I was thinking it’s my setup and started to reinstall everything without success. Roon & Qobuz works. Roon arc and Qobuz does not.
The problem persists with high-res tracks still today.

I have the same problem. At least for more that a week.
I am experiencing the same disruption. It started with an occasional communication issue between Roon Arc and Qobuz, but for the past two days the problem has become permanent. Very frustrating, and I hope this will be resolved quickly.
Now it isn‘t working at all, even on WiFi.

Yup - I can confirm that Qobuz content plays in Roon, but will fail 100% if accessed in ARC with the “communication failure”
Same problem in Germany. But it works if I use a VPN and connect via a US server. I use this as a workaround and hope that helps some until this gets fixed and maybe supports the process of identifying the root cause.
It’s odd because I’m also in Germany and don’t have the problem.
Same Issue here.
Interesting:
ARC out of home network shows the error message.
If I run ARC in the same WLAN as roon server, it works without any issue.
