Standard BT wireless Home Hub set up

Hi @dem.desouza,

Thank you for your post. Most BT Hub users find that UPnP autoconfiguration will fail to set up port forwarding on its own.

As a workaround, enter the router settings and create a manual port forwarding rule in TCP format that points to the IP address and port number listed in the settings page you shared from Roon->ARC.

If you have a second router, you’ll need to create an identical port forwarding rule there, as well.

There are workarounds if port forwarding fails entirely, but we’ll attempt to set this up first. We’ll watch for a response! Thanks!

Resolved! Creating the port forwarding rule did the trick. Thank you
