Arc won't connect poor connection

Roon Core Machine

win 11 Intel(R) Core™ i7-10875H CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz, 32gig

ARC working fine yesterday. Now getting ‘Poor Connection, Try again.’ Rebooted the router, reset core. Good 5g signal. Roon core plays fine. ARC set up fine in Core. Based in Spain. Just got a ‘security alert’ email, saying a new device had logged in - but it was my usual phone
