ARC working on iPad but not on iPhone [Resolved]

On iPad, ARC is working fine.
On iPhone I get the message: searching for Roon Server …

And ideas or tips?

I tried it with WIFI and with LTE - no connection.

I had this happened recently. I was able to open the Roon app on my iPhone, go to settings, then go to Roon Arc. There I was given an error. I was able to reset the port. That’s all I had to do and the connection to Arc was restored. I hope this helps.

Solved it

I had to logout in roon ARC and LOGIN one more time

And i also made a port range on roon and not only one port

Maybe ipad and iphone need 2 different ports - i do not know
