Arcam SA30 Roon Ready Certified and support [it is Roon Ready now]

I had a reply form Arcam who said:

Roon has been in posession of our units for around 7 months now, and we have been eagerly awaiting the certification. To my knowledge, Roon has raised no concerns with regards to the suitability of the units, and so there is no clear reason as to why this has not taken place.

It is disappointing that Roon has not yet finished this process, yet have then seen fit to remove support without completing the certification as agreed.

As the ball is firmly in their court, there is little more that Arcam can do beyond waiting. As a customer paying for Roon on an ongoing basis, it may be worth letting Roon know how much of an inconvenience their decision will cause you.
