One attraction of the ST60 is that it should be reasonably versatile and as future-proof as anything can be at the moment, so I’m curious about how it would perform with LMS complementing Roon, just as a Chromecast audio replacement. I have LMS running quite happily on an old Ubuntu PC and this talks to my Chromecasts via the chromecast bridge plugin, and also to a Squeezebox. I’ve used it mainly for BBC listen again at 320kbps but it seems to have no difficulty with feeding them 24 bit Qobuz at ten times that bit rate. Would LMS drive an ST60 the same way ?
