Artist Artwork Not Showing

Why do I not get any artwork showing for 50% of the artists when in Artist view ? I can go into the artist and there will be 3 albums all showing artwork but I only get the default grey in artist view

It a known problem.Many others have the same problem including me? I think there working on the issue.
