Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the Artist List not displaying in Roon ARC.

As a first step to rule out any corrupted local cache or app data, could you please try completely uninstalling and then reinstalling the Roon ARC app on your mobile device?

If the Artist List still fails to load after a fresh installation, we will need to take a look at your server’s diagnostic logs. To help us pinpoint the specific error, please do the following:

  1. Open Roon ARC and attempt to load the Artist List.
  2. Note the exact date and time (including your local time zone) when the list fails to display.
  3. Reply to this thread with that timestamp.
Once we have that specific timestamp, we can enable diagnostics for your account and investigate exactly what is happening behind the scenes. We look forward to getting this sorted out for you!
