Hello @rikardo1979,

Thank you for bringing this visual bug to our attention. If the artwork loads perfectly when you click into an album but remains blank in the main browser or list views, this points to a specific issue with how your Roon database is caching or rendering the list-view image thumbnails.

To figure out exactly why this is happening, our QA team would like to test a copy of your database in our lab. This will allow us to reproduce the exact missing artwork behavior you are seeing and find the root cause.

How to send us your database

  1. Create a Backup: Go to Settings > Backups in Roon and force a fresh, manual backup of your database.
  2. Zip the Folder: Locate the new backup folder on your drive and compress it into a .zip file.
  3. Upload the File Submit the .zip file to us through our Database portal

Once we receive your database, I will pass it directly to our QA and development team for a deep dive. Please let me know once you have the link ready!

Hi @vadim

Thanks for quick reply and the information.

All done for you and file uploaded. Hope it is going to help to narrow down the troubleshooting.

Its all started a few weeks ago when there was a problem with cloudflare. So not sure if this still may be the issue or why it wasnt resolved in my case.

My Roon Server and Roon Bridge are on latest updated releases.

Looking forward to hearing from you guys.

Thank you for that @rikardo1979!

While our team takes a closer look, can you test out manually clearing your image cache from your Roon Settings > Services:

As well as manually refreshing your server cache:

  • Exit out of Roon
  • Find and open your Roon database
  • Navigate to Roon/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs

Let me know if either help. Thank you! :raising_hands:

@benjamin

Thanks for the help here.

So deleted(moved) the files from Roon Server /cache folder and also done “Clear image cache”

This actually helped and all seems to be working nicely now.

Thank you once again for this, appreciate it.

I would say you guys can close this thread now and marked it as “Resolved”
