Audio Analysis getting stuck

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Windows 10, i7-4770/8gb RAM/Build 537

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Both server and audio devices all plugged into same network switch

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Win 10 pc with Khadas toneboard/PI4 with roippeeXL

Description Of Issue

Audio analysis is getting stuck at 23/24.

Just sits here for hours. A restart of the server starts it from 1 again but it just gets stuck at 23 again.

If I add new tracks to the server the get added to the second number, but then it just gets stuck 1 from the last number again after what I presume is it analysing all the new tracks.

I had a quick look in the logs to see if it would tell me which specific song it was stuck on, but I couldn’t see anything. Can anyone tell me exactly should I be looking for?

Can you please reboot the server and send me your Roon logs via Dropbox / Google Drive / Send.firefox.com? It sounds like you know where to locate them, but in case you need clarification, you can use these instructions.

If anybody else comes across this issue, it was a corrupt mp3 file that was causing it to get stuck. No fault with Roon at all!
