I use another laptop as end output. It is connected to an amp through HDMI and 3.5mm output

Description of Issue

In my output laptop audio devices has stopped appearing all of a sudden. Other devices are showing thier audio outputs (another laptop, phone, etc)
I have tried:

  • turning firewall off in both core and this laptop
  • uninstalling the app including all back registries and log files
  • turning on/off core, laptop etc.

Still can understand what is the issue. Can anyone help.

If this is still an issue, would you be able to:

  • Exit out of Roon
  • Navigate to your Roon Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “Roon”
  • Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
  • Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder
  • Restore a backup
