@Anders_Kring, welcome to the Roon community.

It would be really helpful if stated the audio device, i.e., DAC, streamer or Roon Ready devices, make and model, and how it is connected to your core. Likewise, what are you using for the core?

Its a mytek brocklyn bridge
Its a streamer/dac and it has been working fine for about 1 1/2 years.
Im thinking of reinstall Roon on my computer, do you think that will help.

I am having the same issue on my Naim Unity Atom connected via cable to an Orbi Satellite Router.

UPDATE: I unplugged/plugged in the Naim and am no longer receiving the error. Also, I did not have this issue on my other Naim device, so I assume the issue was the Unity Atom.

Hi @Anders_Kring ,

Thanks for the report here. If you wish to try a reinstall of Roon on your computer, you can use the following instructions:

  • Create a Backup of your current database
  • Exit out of Roon
  • Navigate to your Roon Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “Roon”
  • Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
  • Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder
  • Verify if the issue persists on a fresh database before restoring the backup

How is your Brooklyn Bridge connected to the network, directly to the router or to a switch? Are you playing content from elsewhere to it when it refuses to switch input?
