Hi @Usara_Visaratanon,

Thank you for patiently awaiting a response. This has happened to me before. Normally, restarting the core fixes it. One thing you may need to do (with Roon closed) is to rename your RAAT folder.

Here are the instructions:

• Create a Backup of your current Roon database
• Exit out of Roon
• Navigate to your Roon’s Database Location
• Find the folder that says “RAATServer”
• Rename “RAATServer” to “RAATServer_old”

Restart Roon
