I’ve moved your post out of the “Login issues, Metadata improver paused” thread into a thread of its own, since your issue is different.

I suspect that you have a mismatch of build versions - some of your Roon devices are running version 2.60, while others are running earlier versions.

Can you post a screenshot of Roon’s :gear: > About screen to show the version?

Flagging @support - please can you check the logs?

Thanks for raising your question here.

We can see from the photo that you are showing Roon on an iPad. We also noticed that your iPad is running Roon version 2.58, while your Nucleus is on the latest production build.

Please update the Roon app via the App Store and let us know if that solves the problem.

I was also experiencing the metadata issue and Qobuz login issue. But updating the app worked.

Note: enabling fixed. Metadata improver still not working.
