I have found quirky settings of audio volume when using Chord Mojo with Roon - when I have forgotten to change from “Fixed volume” - sound was not OK. “Device volume” was the right choice. Setup was MacBook Pro with usb connected Chord Mojo. Please double check your DAC device setting in Roon.
