Since you’re running Roon Server on a Mac, can you please navigate to macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network , and make sure Roon is allowed. If it is already enabled, toggle it off and on again. Then reboot your Mac, and see if the same issue persists.

Hi Benjamin,

I am using the core Nucleus One, it was working perfectly until the update this morning.

Hi @Michael_Cox,
Did you purchase a Nucleus One and are migrating to it from a Mac? Because a Mac is all we can see associated with your account. If so I think the migration was unsuccessful. This article will walk you through the process.

I received the Nucleus One approx 3 weeks ago and it has been working perfectly until the last update.
See attached screenshot showing it associated to my account.

Hi Daniel, I have turned off the Mac mini and put now is showing the rooms/speaskers on the remote app. However my Lyngdorf TDA-1120 in my office is not. I have gone to the web UI for this and it is all on line and connected via an ethernet cable, still not showing as an audio device. My JBL Synthesis is and this is connected on ethernet as well. Any ideas why?
