Audioengine D1 Not Showing Full Potential in Control Panel

Windows 10 Pro
Intel i5 8400
32GB Corsair 2666 MHz
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Super

I recently bought an Audioengine D1 (First generation [24 bit version]) and it isn’t showing the advertised 24bit 192khz in windows control panel. The highest quality it shows is 24bit 96k. I’ve tried to switch USB ports 3.0/2.0 and also have used a completely separate PC. I’ve tried updating drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling the device, I’ve tried front and back USB ports, but to no avail. I’ve even tried reinstalling Windows for God’s sake.

I’m completely stumped, and I’ve read the manual 100x over.

I found this when looking for info on your DAC:

However, we need to note that Audioengine D1 24-bit DAC only supports USB1.1, supporting up to 24Bit/96KHz input capability. However, 24bit/192KHz audio can be achieved using optical fiber, and the performance will be better.

Thank you, it’s taken me multiple days to figure it out.
