Audiolense convolver/RAATserver cannot find license file

Hi!
Im using roon with convolution through Audiolense convolver for a multi channel setup. The convolver opens automatic when i open Roon (with RAATserver) and shows up as a soundcard in Roon
It worked fine until new year 2021. Now i get the message when opening in roon that i do not have a valid license file. This is not correct as i have new license file in all convolver program folders

Could it be that Roon reads the old 2020 license file from somewhere hidden? Where to look?

For some reason, the RAATserver folder in the appdata folder resolves the issue until next time i open roon. Then the problem is there again.
I tried clean uninstall and reinstall of both the convolver and roon several times without luck

I notice from the Audiolense website that the Audiolense Convolver 1.0 as having a ‘Temporary license included. Works until end of 2020.’

Does this describe your issue?

Thanks for the reply! No, i got a New license from juicehifi that is valid in 2021, so unfortunately the problem lies elsewhere

I understand that there is a new Audiolense forum at Avnirvana. Might be worth a visit.

Hi @Johan_Holst,

Welcome to the forum!

Can you please share a screenshot of the issue?
Just to confirm, you are seeing this error message in Roon or in the Colvolver software?

Hi Noris and thank you!
It’s the convolver software that gives me this message
The programmer is aware of the issue, and will try to figure out a solution. It’s actually working now and the fix seems to be to leave the expired licence file in the program folder instead of deleting it as would be logical…

Hi @Johan_Holst,

Thanks for the update here! Since the error is in the Convolver software, discussing with the programmer is your best path forward. If you have any other issues with Roon, please do let us know!
