Description Of Issue
Trying to move my Roon Core from an old iMac to the SGC Sonic i5. Something went wrong and I don’t think I can unauthorize the iMac until I can move my Roon DB to the new computer. Andrew Gillis and I are scheduled to speak tomorrow.

See the current screen shot from Roon. How do I respond to this?

Hi @Stephen_Johnson,

Are you currently trying to connect to the Sonic i5 when you’re seeing this?

You can authorize and unauthorize Core machines as needed, so you can select Unauthorize here and then switch back to the Mac whenever needed.
