Ability for Roon support to remotely access and resolve issues - Many ways of doing this in Linux i.e to setup an outbound SSH connection to Roon support. ‘I have a problem’ - A button within Roon app that allows users to report an issue that automatically dumps the logs and uploads them to a Roon storage location and creates a support ticket.
