Thanks. Repeated 9:48pm CST 0516/26.
What steps do I need to take to provide a time stamp?
Hello @Leonard_Borden ,
Apologies for the delay, and thank you for letting us know the new timestamp. I am looking over your diagnostics and am seeing an error I haven’t seen before, so I am escalating this to the team for review.
Can you kindly share a few screenshots of how the behavior looks like on our end? Once we have screenshots of the affected media we can also try to reproduce on our end using those exact tracks, thank you.
Hi @Leonard_Borden,
Thanks for the additional timestamps! For now, we have everything we need and our development team has a ticket in to investigate further.
In the meantime, I’m curious, I noticed every playlist you’re having these issues on appear to be Qobuz created playlists.
Does the issue reproduce on a playlist created within Roon?
I have added selected tracks to my lists using Roon but all of my playlists were originally created on Qobuz.
I believe I have figured out the solution. Because I enjoy the Roon equalizer options for listening through my headphones I rarely open up the Quboz app. I went back to the Quboz app tonight and if I reload a song from the artists discography on Quboz to my Quboz playlist the song is now playable on Quboz and appears on my Roon playlist as available and is playable. So it appears the problem exists and is solvable at the Quboz app.
Thanks for your time and attention to this matter.
