Description of Issue

Running Roon Remote B1021 (64 bit) on Windows10 (64 bit). Seems like something new exotic happens in the DSP screen (see image). Problem showed up after upgrading to B1021.

Thanks for sharing the information above. Since a few days have passed I wanted to check in and see if you were still experiencing this issue?

If so, we’ll need to enable diagnostics on your account to take a deeper look. If possible, could you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs from the affected windows remote to our File Uploader?

Still same issue. The Windows 10 is a virtual computer (running on parallels@macOS), but this is a new problem popping up after installing B1021.

After reviewing the log set you sent over, we weren’t able to see anything out of the ordinary happening.

If possible, please grab a few time stamps of when you try to access filters, and send over a fresh log set to us so we can take another look.

Prior to doing this, please power down your core and give it a fresh reboot.
