As with the update to B1253 also with the update to B1254 the in-programm update of the Windows Client still does not work. After the update it is still B1253 - and the update starts again … and again … and again …
Only manual installing the latest “rooninstaller64.exe” leads to an installed B1254 …

I have just experienced the same.behavior on Win 10.

Build 1254 installed successfully on my core (on an Intel 8i5 NUC), but the remote client will not install on my Windows 10 PC. After 3 attempts, my Windows 10 PC remote client still states build 1253.
As previously reported by Olaf, I was able to install the Windows remote client (build 1254) manually.
It doesn’t autoinstall, the fix for this is in 1254 itself.
