B139 Track screen is grey [Ticket in]

Tapping on tracks just shows this.

This happens every time I go to the tracks view. Device is Xperia 1 iii. By email address do you mean my roon account?

Is it Tracks browser under “My Library”?

Yes that’s correct, go to my library and tap tracks.

As for the email address, I’d rather not post it in a public forum, assuming you can see it on my community account ?

I was able to reproduce this issue on my end.

I’ve already passed this issue on to our developers.

Meanwhile, I suggest the following as a temporary measure:

  1. Delete ARC
  2. Install ARC

That should fix the issue with the grey screen.
