I have Arc on a Pixel 7 Pro phone with 32gb of RAM. It had been working fine but sometimes stopped a couple of times before operating normally. Now it is effectively dead.
Offline I can choose a download but nothing happens when I hit play now.
Online, the message is poor connection. That has not happened in the past. As a result, I cannot see or play anything.
Any recommendations would be welcome but I’d prefer to avoid a reset if that would delete downloads.
If nobody has a better idea, I’m afraid that resetting or, if this does not help, uninstalling/reinstalling is the usual course of action with “poor connection” messages for no reason
I have a pixel 7a and when the poor connection message appears I usually go to the info of the application and click on “force stop”.
When I restart the app everything goes back to normal
In Roon, the poor connection message has now disappeared, which seems promising.
In ARC the spinner continues and nothing else works. I would still prefer to avoid reset. Is there anything else that I can do or are you still investigating?
Update to build 1302 and associated version of ARC has eliminated poor connection message. However, at the moment, I cannot log into ARC at all. The login request sends me to Roon where I can log in but ARC doesn’t recognise this. Message “Something went wrong please try again”
