This has been an ongoing issue with Roon remote on iPad ( I do have a ticket in) I was hoping that this wouldn’t be an issue with ARC.
The first chance I had to try with my partners bluetooth hearing aids on the iPad. It doesnt fly through the song tiles as with Roon but just puts up a red box which says audio device error.
Thanks for reporting @Paul_Howell can you provide a timestamp in which this happened for ARC?
I can guess around 1200hrs. Im out for a few hours but when i get back i can get the error again and give you an exact time stamp

I know you’ve been waiting an undue amount of time for an update on this issue. We’ve released some improvements with the most recent early-access build. If you’re still participating in early-access, we’re interested to hear if there’s any change in performance with hearing aids on this build.
Hi Connor. pleased to let you know that the hearing aids are now working fine on roon remote on my i pad . But the latest build of ARC is repeatedly reporting poor connection. (18:55 time stamp) with and without hearing aids. Latest build works fine on my Android phone, same network.
Just to let you knowARC worked fine with hearing aids after a reset. Thanks for sorting this
