Description Of Issue

The “back-up screen reminder” of Roon stays on screen. It says that there is not a back-up made but I have made several of them. I restarted the system already.

Hi, @Herman_Kanne, thanks for you report! May I ask a few questions?

  1. Are you able to close it, the backup reminder?
  2. You were saying that you have have backups. Did you configure scheduled backups or you made backups manually?

Hello,

When I remove the reminders iT appears directly again.

I have Made the backups manually.

Thanks for your reply! This notification shows up as a reminder that you do not have scheduled backups (which is recommended), but as for not being able to close the notification – it’s a bug.

This is a known issue unfortunately and the ticket was put in for our developers, but I cannot say anything certain about timeframe of the fix for it.
