· Hello! We have been trying to reload a backup file from our other Nucleus ONE and the new Nucleus says that there aren't any backup files on our SSD, but we can clearly see the backup in the file tree. We originally swapped out our Nucleus for a new one when the unit started acting extremely sluggish. This is the demo unit for our store and we really need to have a reliable stream available.
Thank you for any help you can provide.

· We have Comcast cable modem connected to a router and 2 switches from Pakedge. Everything on the network has a static IP address. We have tried connecting the Nucleus through our switch and have also tried connecting directly to the router.
We’ve recently identified an issue where Roon backups placed directly in the root of a drive may not appear in the Restore dialog, even though they’re visible when browsing the file system.
As a workaround, could you please try the following:
On the original Nucleus ONE (or another Roon Server), create a new manual backup
When creating the backup, select or create a subfolder on the SSD (for example: /RoonBackups/) — please avoid placing the backup in the root directory
Safely connect the SSD to the new Nucleus ONE
Go to Settings → Backups → Restore, and check whether the backup appears when browsing to that subfolder
Once the backup is stored inside a dedicated folder, it should become visible for restore.
Please let us know the results, and we’ll be happy to assist further if needed.
