I replaced the other Western digital essential drive I had and it worked fine what’s the new essential Drive for a while. And now within a few weeks it’s not working anymore it doesn’t seem to be able to find the back up files.
I recall an update for roon and maybe this affected things recently.
What external drive can I use to back up the nucleus? Seems to be a simple issue
It says I can’t send this because I don’t have the user group and then it says search for user group. This is really screwed up.

Roon Core Machine
Include your operating system and machine info (Model, CPU, RAM)
Networking Gear & Setup Details
Your network gear (model of routers/switches) and if on WiFi/Ethernet
Connected Audio Devices
Specify what devices you’re using and their connection types, like USB/HDMI/Chromecast, etc.)
Number of Tracks in Library
Tell us how large your music library is, eg. “30,000 tracks”
