I can connect to the nas with the same account (roonbackup) from any other device in my network. All backup accounts have the same permissions as the roonbackup account.

We haven’t seen any recent backup failures from a fresh Roon Server diagnostic report, could you please reproduce another error instance and share the date and time?
And what happens if you grant the roonbackup account admin privileges?
Can you triple-confirm both NAS folders (the general IP folder, as well as the Roonbackup folder) allow read+write permissions from Roon and your Nucleus?

I tried to connect to the NAS just now and succeeded with the roonbackup account. Roon made a successful backup.
Have you fixed it? because I did not change anything in my network configuration.

We don’t have any control over your NAS or connected devices in this way, so there’s nothing on our end we could have done - that said, I’m glad to hear you’ve been able to successfully backup!
