I use a Stax headphone system exclusively to listen to Qobuz through Roon. I have some hearing loss in one ear, so I usually adjust the left/right balance on the Stax amp. I’m planning to upgrade my Stax system and then I won’t be able to adjust the balance that way.
Are there any ways to adjust balance within Roon or by some other route ?

Yes use speaker setup in the DSP engine to adjust levels. You’re best to adjust for negative gain on the good ear rather than boost for the bad to avoid any clipping.

Right Click on the zone icon for the zone your Stax are connected to and then on DSP and then “add filter”:
Next click on the “+” next to “speaker setup”:
Then adjust the “Gain” to your liking:
