You are right that there is no way to refresh or edit it, and that is by design rather than a fault, so let us explain where that icon actually comes from.
Roon’s Live Radio directory is our own hand-curated database. Each station entry carries its own artwork, stored with the entry, and it is not taken from the stream. So the icon you see is whatever was uploaded when that entry was last maintained, and nothing your Roon Server does will refresh it. The Naim app shows the newer BBC logos because it draws on a different directory, which has been updated since the BBC changed its branding. Ours has not been, for these stations.
That means this is fixable, just not from your end. The people who maintain the directory are our Live Radio curators, and the place to reach them is here:
Nothing is wrong with your setup, and there is no need to change anything at your end.
