It took a while, but i finally found out why Roon plays 8 tracks, when i press Play, on the Composition page for this song:
Screen shot shows the versions in my library, and when i let Qobuz also display the variants on thing song there are 16 all in all.
When i press “Play now” Roon plays 8 songs?
Wouldn’t it be better if Roon started playing the versions as displayed on the Compositions page? I don’t see the point in playing each version from the same release either, not in this context.
Maybe i’m rare in usinng Compositions this way, but i like hearing different interpretations of the same base material, whether it’s 'Round Midnight or Smells Like Teen Spirit
