Beta 4281 - not sure if this is a beta issue with HAT

Logs have been sent to RoPieee HQ with unique identifier 11e611f33b328d2c

I have 2 DAC’s one which I often use on the USB of this Ropieee unit and another one…neither of which come up in the connected DAC’s options in the audio settings in Roon…The Hat plays fine however.

Other RPi’s play fine to both DAC’s though I think it could be a power issue on the other dac pulling down the pi…does the feedback tell anything? Just noticed the dac led lights up inside and relay clicks when the power is not applied but the pi is connected.

I don’t see the USB DAC at all. It’s not even on the BUS.
Can you install the latest updates? There’s another kernel update in there.

Think I found the issue…was a cable issue

But another question, for the OSMC remotes I was having trouble getting one to work on a device without a display…it was showing up in the GUI bay not in the extensions. Does it need to work in a unit with a display ?

Nope. But it does require the extension.

So… the extension was not visible in Roon?

Yeah could only see the 3 displays but one of the displays has a OSMC remote dongle that works, but a non display also has one but it doesn’t show up

I’ll send a feedback later maybe but I’m going to try the other one in a display pi as it it’s in the same room the other end point will be anyway
