Hi,
I have released an early beta. Nothing fancy: it has a Linux kernel update and some fixes (this should fix your issue @Frank_M ).
I’m not planning on releasing soonish, but I wanted to have this out so we can do some extensive testing.
Thanks

Hi Harry. My RoPieees are all upgraded. I’l keep you informed.
Thank you again for investigating and resloving this issue.
Kind regards, Frank.
Hi Harry,
I think you nailed it again. The RPI that was slow on a regular base, is now as responsive as it should, also after more than a full day being powered on. That wasn’t the case with the previous releases.
Kind regards, Frank.
Hi,
I just pushed out another beta release with some small changes.
Nothing exciting, but let’s test anyway.
Thanks
Display 1 and 2 are running fine after the update.
Thx again.

All good here on two Pi4’s and one display.
All good on my 4 test units, with most listening on:
Hi,
Pushed out another beta. Nothing fancy, just some under da hood improvements.
Thanks
Could you add change log?
Good job like always!
So far:
Hey Harry,
No problems with my upgrades so far. One thing I have noticed (no concerns, just mentioning for reference) is that if I last used Airplay on the endpoint then using the “remote update” page takes ~20-30 seconds to load, whereas on the other endpoints it’s instant.
Hi
I got RPI5 16GB connected to a Touch2 5" screen
Latest stable version seems to not support my screen (blank screen)
It may be that the latest beta version will support this screen
BTW: the screen works fine with my RPI5 but not with Ropieee
How do I get the latest (December 2025) Beta Ropieee version
Thanks
The 5" screen is not (yet) supported in RoPieee.
Thanks
Is it going to be supported?
When?
Thanks again
One more question.
How can I install Ropieee Beta on my RPI5?
THANKS
@Moshe_Zolotov
Go into the tap “Advanced” and set the “Update Channel” into “Beta”. Click then, at the bottom, on “Apply”.
