Better handling of lifetime upgrades

If you have a yearly subscription and (logged in) go to upgrade it to lifetime the price is shown as the full year, and this is what you are charged.
Then, you have to email Roon to ask for a rebate of the unused portion of the yearly subscription.
When this email is ignored then you have to somehow contact “Kevin” to ask for a rebate.
I request a feature where the pricing page (if you are logged in) shows the actual price you have to pay to upgrade and this is the price that is taken off your card.
Alternatively, the rebate is processed automatically without you having to chase it.
